flat of the week #1

In order to keep illustrator fresh in my mind I have decided to share a flat a week. There will be no overriding theme, just me playing around with different tools and practicing methods I learned in class. This flat was inspired by all of the corsets I have noticed in the fashion scene. It seems they are quite popular at the moment. I loved the one Lady GAGA wore on the recent cover of Elle. The colors here I are inspired by my recent visit to Pennsylvania for the holidays. There is an abundance of nature there opposed to what I normally see here in Los Angeles! Enjoy!
